Who Am I?
Ever since watching Star Wars - Episode IV for the first time, I’ve always wanted to work in film. I spent most of my childhood running around with a video camera making my friends and family do stupid things for the terrible films I was making.
I currently live in Sydney, NSW, Australia and I’m working tirelessly to make myself a better artist and live my dream of working on projects I’m passionate about.
While I love working in film as a professional VFX artist, I have a broad range of interests, which leads me to try my hand at a wide variety of skills, such as video game development, writing a novel, creating card and board games, replica prop creation and woodworking. In short, I have way too many projects, and nowhere near enough time.
This ridiculous workload has been the source of my current goal in life, which is to build a long list of achievements and be able to look back at my time, knowing I never let fear or apathy get in the way. “Yes, my grandson, I did write a novel, make a board game, work on dozens of films, make several video games, build half the furniture in the house and record an original album with my band…” That kind of thing…
When I’m not working (which probably isn’t as often as it should be), I enjoy playing board and video games, watching way too many movies and deafening my cats while playing the drums.
